02 / Execution
What You'll Do
- Own month-end close: journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Prepare financial results for operating and holding company subsidiaries
- Support global audits, tax reporting, and compliance
- Build and maintain financial models and reports in Excel
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow analysis, and special projects
- Guide the work of Staff Accountants
- Support acquisition integrations and improve processes and controls
03 / Readiness
What You Bring
- 3-5 years of accounting experience, with real month-end close ownership
- Solid understanding of GAAP and the full accounting cycle
- Experience with general ledger systems, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Someone who takes ownership of their work, solves problems, and drives things to completion
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required
- Public accounting background
- CPA or on the CPA track
- Microsoft Dynamics experience (D365FO a plus)
